Impeccably’s free account has no time limit, you can use it for as long as you like!

The free account lets you add as many team members as you like and lets you run one agreement concurrently with any of your team members.

All features are available in the free plan (except for SMS notifications) as they are in other plans.

Absolutely. Whether you’re looking to manage performance once per year, once per quarter, month, week or day, Impeccably has the tools you need.

Flexible agreements mean that you can choose to either store your employment contract documentation in each agreement or you can build your entire employment contract, including all on-boarding needs, OH&S compliance and performance metrics, within an agreement for complete management and repeated use.

Absolutely not!

Impeccably has a suite of tools that are useful for temporary or casual staff, but also has a suite of tools better suited to permanent and on-going team members.

It’s possible to use tools for temporary staff with permanent ones and vice versa – there is no limitation.

Again, absolutely not.

You can have 1 or 1,000 (or more) team members to use Impeccably.

Impeccably provides tools that help manage any number of team members regardless of the size of your team. Whether you’re just doing monthly performance reviews or you’re doing detailed daily performance output management of a large number of process staff, Impeccably works for you!

Depending on the type of video you’re uploading, sometimes there is length and size limits, but there is no limit to the number of videos you can upload and attach to agreements.

It’s also possible to set videos as either optional, mandatory or mandatory pre-agreement. Meaning, your team members can either watch the video when-ever they want, or they have to watch it through to completion or they have to watch it prior to being able to commence and accept the agreement.


It’s an important part of Impeccably to allow businesses to set their own branding, styles, naming and logos.

This means that not only will the colour scheme for the user interface be unique to your business, all the email notifications will come from your brand and all the SMS messages will bear your company name.

Map Locations can have a time and date attached to them.

This means that you can set the precise location you need to send your team member too, you can nominate the exact GPS co-ordinates, including street address and allow your team member to open it on their phone’s GPS.

With the date and time attached, you can direct your team member not only on where to go but also what time to be there!

The KPI’s, Goals, Objectives, Tasks and Deliverables that you create are completely customisable by you. This means you can store as much or as little information as you need.

There is no limit to the number of KPI’s or performance metrics you wish to store for each agreement and each agreement is completely customisable.

Once you’re storing your data, you can then choose what KPI information you wish to display in your team member Dashboards.

Yes, the whole point of Impeccably is that feedback is multi-directional.

This means that feedback can be left by you OR your team members at any time.

Feedback left has to be acknowledged by both sides, which means that when you leave feedback, you’ll be notified when your team member has acknowledged it. Similarly, if your team member leaves feedback you’ll be notified and when you acknowledge that feedback, your team member will be notified.
